Interior Design
Interiors should feel intrinsic to the architecture, not added afterwards. We create considered spaces shaped by proportion, light, materiality, comfort and the way people live, work and gather.

From first idea to completion
Our involvement can begin before a brief has been defined or a site acquired. We can help you understand an opportunity, test its potential and establish a clear route forward.
Depending on the project and the services included in our appointment, our involvement can extend across:
Advice and feasibility: site appraisal, initial design studies, options appraisal and development potential.
Planning and consents: planning strategy, planning applications, pre-application submissions and Listed Building Consent applications.
Design and coordination: concept and developed design, material selection, consultant coordination and integration of interiors and landscape.
Technical design: Building Regulations information, technical drawings, specifications and construction detailing.
Tender and procurement: tender documentation, contractor enquiries and tender analysis.
Construction-stage services: site inspections, design queries, coordination and contract administration where appointed.
Not every project requires the same level of involvement. We will establish the appropriate scope with you at the outset and make clear what is included in our appointment.
